Simulated Business Training
NuLevel's approach to developing management teams includes a simulated, technology-driven training program. We consider our approach to educating managers innovative, because the entire learning experience requires participants to be engaged. Many of our programs, such as "QuickBooks Go-Live" involves actual implementation, in class. Thus, upon completion of the workshop, participants will have setup and implemented their software on-site.
While most of our training programs are centered on our on-line business tools, two of the premier ones are, Strategic SimulationsTM and Merger AnalyticsTM. Strategic Simulations is designed to immulate the strategic planning process. In the end, participants walk away with a comprehensive strategic plan, as well as on-going access to the on-line tool. Merger Analytics simulates the financial process of two or more firms integrating, via pooling of assets or cash purchasing of company stocks; likewise, participants will have on-going access to the Merger Analytics application for more practical implementation.
